Conveyor Sorter - Belt, Sensor & Diverter Assembly

Review an automation layout before committing to fabrication. This conveyor concept combines adjustable roller supports, a movable sensor bracket and a two-path diverter. It demonstrates how I organize mechanical assemblies and make component placement, adjustment and access easy to review. Project work includes editable FreeCAD geometry, STEP assembly and component files, selected prototype STL parts, a bill of materials, and assembly, frame and roller drawings.
