Composite Electric Bicycle – Product Development & Prototyping

Product development and prototyping of a custom electric bicycle with composite structural components and a dedicated gearbox. My work included mechanical design, 3D CAD modeling, complete engineering documentation, development of the bicycle structure and gearbox, and production support. The project covered the full engineering cycle from design development and manufacturing documentation to prototype production, assembly, and on-site technical support during prototype development.
