Compact Ventilated Electronics Enclosure – Sheet Metal Design & Assembly
Designed and modeled a compact sheet metal enclosure for electronic components using CAD software. The enclosure incorporates ventilation slots for improved airflow, integrated mounting features, tab-and-slot assembly, and screw-fastened top cover for ease of manufacturing and maintenance. The design follows sheet metal fabrication standards including laser cutting, bending operations, and assembly considerations to ensure structural rigidity and manufacturability.
