Compact High-Torque Geared Hand Tool

## Goal: Develop and productionize a compact geared hand tool capable of transmitting up to 540 Nm. ## Challenge: Tight packaging, gear engagement, tolerance stack-up, material selection, and supplier manufacturability had to be resolved without compromising strength or assembly. ## Action: Engineered the gear train, fits, bushings, housings, materials, heat treatment, drawings, and manufacturing tolerances, then reviewed First Article inspection data and supplier feedback. ## Outcome: Released a manufacturing-ready design and established the engineering path for First Article validation and Second Article release.
