⚡ Commercial Rooftop Solar PV System Design Large commercial rooftops represent a significant opportunity for on-site energy generation. In this project, a warehouse facility was engineered into a 478 kWp grid-connected solar PV system, using advanced simulation and layout optimization tools. 🔹 Annual production: ~666,000 kWh 🔹 CO₂ emissions avoided: ~250 tons/year 🔹 Energy coverage: 50% → 80% depending on load profile 🔹 Design scope: System sizing, 3D layout, inverter configuration & shading analysis This study highlights how existing infrastructure can be leveraged to reduce grid dependency and improve energy efficiency in commercial environments. 💡 Beyond cost savings, the project demonstrates the technical and operational potential of rooftop solar integration at scale.
