Commercial Elevation Design

I designed a contemporary commercial elevation for an education-based retail store named VIDYABHAWAN – The Complete Education Mall. The concept focuses on a clean, bold, and visually appealing façade that enhances brand identity while maintaining a professional retail look. The elevation features a modern minimalist design with a strong horizontal massing, textured grey façade, and high-visibility signage in bold red typography. Functional elements such as large display windows, organized product visibility (books, stationery, sports items), and clear entrance access were strategically integrated. Special attention was given to lighting, material finishes, and realistic rendering to ensure the final output reflects a natural, real-world appearance suitable for client presentation and execution.
