# Multi Story Outdoor Bar/ Restaurant Entertainment Venue ## 2 Phased Construction Design Proposal Client needed design for a *multi-story bar/ restaurant entertainment venue in a historical district of downtown San Antonio*. The design had to incorporate existing Billboard on Site while maximizing the floor space. After Multiple Iterations, this was the proposed solution dubbed the "Sign Bar". - 3 Stories - 12,500ft² - Full Bar on Each floor - Historical Downtown District - 3rd Floor Cantilevered DJ Stage
