Combustor Species Transport & Combustion Simulation
Built 3D CAD geometries and high-quality meshes for industrial combustors and chemical reactors. Implemented species transport and Finite-Rate/Eddy-Dissipation combustion models integrated with Discrete Phase Model (DPM) to simulate reactive flows involving gaseous fuels, coal particles, and liquid droplet sprays. Performed turbulence-chemistry interaction and thermal analysis, providing detailed 3D distributions of temperature, velocity profiles, and species concentrations (, , , ) to support combustor design, thermal management, and emissions compliance.
