CHRAK smart tool-cart robot: from 3D design to working robot

Concept, mechanical design and 3D CAD of CHRAK, a robotic tool cabinet that recognises and follows its craftsman (AI-assisted follow system), carries hand tools in motorised drawers that open and close automatically, and responds to voice commands. Differential-drive base with casters, top tool tray and emergency stop. Built units were exhibited at a trade fair. Product development from concept to manufacturing-ready design.
