Checking Fixture Design for Rear Tire Bracket Automotive Component,

Designed a checking fixture for an automotive rear tire bracket to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality control during the manufacturing process. Responsible for the complete design process, including fixture concept development, 3D modeling, locating and clamping system design, tolerance analysis, and detailed manufacturing drawings. The fixture was developed to improve inspection efficiency, measurement repeatability, and product quality consistency.
