CFC TOWERS

A tower project consisting of three distinct programs: a hotel, residential units, and office spaces. The design strategy focused on connecting the hotel and residential with offices towers through a shared landscaped platform, promoting functional synergy and user flow. In contrast, the office tower was intentionally set apart to respect the difference in programmatic needs. The overall concept aimed to integrate compatible uses while separating conflicting ones, all while maximizing panoramic skyline views across the CFC site through careful orientation and massing.
