CASA G_1 I Renovation

CASA G is a semi-detached villa consisting of two independent units. My work focused on one portion, completely renovated with a modern-contemporary approach. The design emphasizes neutral palettes with strong contrasts, highlighted by carefully chosen color accents. I paid close attention to element alignment, visual coherence, and daily functionality, favoring clean, essential solutions without unnecessary details. My contribution included integrated furniture design—from materials and finishes to product selection—as well as technical guidance on flooring, fixtures, and lighting. Lighting, a central feature of the project, was curated with Flos fixtures, selected for their ability to enhance the space with subtlety and impact. The client, a young professional, was actively involved from the early stages, reviewing furnished plans, textured sections, renders, and catalog selections. This project marks my first professional assignment in interior design. I continue to collaborate with the client on completing the remaining areas of the house, maintaining an active dialogue to ensure stylistic and functional consistency throughout.
