Cargo Tricycle | Design - Prototype Development - Mass Production

The challenge was to develop a high-capacity tricycle (1-ton carrying capacity) while maintaining competitive cost, stability and meeting strict EOS (Egyptian Organization for Standards and Quality) requirements. The project successfully moved from virtual validation to workshop fabrication and physical testing. After passing all safety and performance benchmarks, the design was officially licensed. Then moved to design for manufacturing phase and tested samples were successfully produced.
