Camaro Exterior Class-A Surfacing for Scale Model

For a confidential U.S. manufacturer, I supported a Camaro scale-model program by rebuilding the exterior surfaces in Alias. Key tasks: - Rebuilt OEM Camaro exterior data as continuous Alias Class-A surfaces - Adapted proportions and surfaces to a fixed die-cast chassis - Defined split-line layout and panel breaks for die-cast and plastic parts - Prepared data for direct handoff to tooling vendors - Collaborated with the client’s engineering and tooling teams to refine surfaces and splits as needed This project highlights my ability to work with OEM exterior data, deliver high-quality Class-A surfaces, and support tooling requirements for physical products.
