Brino

Brino is a professional cold brew coffee dispenser designed for the HoReCa sector. The project covered the full product development cycle — from concept and 3D modelling in Siemens NX to supplier qualification, tooling design, and series production. Key engineering challenges included designing for food contact compliance (MOCA regulation), CE machinery certification, and achieving compact form factor with rapid cooling performance. All components designed with DFM principles for injection moulding and sheet metal fabrication. Commercially launched at HOST Milano 2025 — Europe's leading food equipment trade show.
