Bracket CAD Revision — Hole Pattern & Cable Clearance
CAD DEMONSTRATION — ORIGINAL, NON-CLIENT EXERCISE
DESIGN CONSTRAINT
Change the upright mounting pattern and add cable access while preserving the existing base geometry, gussets and overall envelope.
DESIGN DECISION
The defined mounting pattern called for relocated round holes rather than adjustable slots. Hole pitch changed from 60 to 72 mm. A 16 mm open-top relief allows a cable to enter from above; the base geometry stayed fixed.
DEMONSTRATION OUTPUT
The revised STEP reopens as a valid solid. The base geometry was retained within the numerical comparison tolerance. STEP/STL files, PDF reference views and change notes were created.
WHAT THE VISUALS SHOW
An original, non-client CAD exercise. The images show the actual demonstration models. Digital checks cover file validity and selected geometry; physical fit, service loads and manufacturing release are outside this demonstration.
VISUAL ORIGIN
Original, non-client CAD demonstration generated and checked with AI-assisted CAD scripting. It shows the demonstration models and neutral-file revision workflow; it is not historical customer work or evidence of independent manual modeling. Digital geometry checks do not establish physical performance.
Send your STEP + the change you need. Scope, file formats, fixed price and timing agreed before work begins.
