Bladeless Tower Fan – Mechanical Design & Product Development

This project showcases the mechanical design and development of a bladeless tower fan, from 3D CAD modeling and structural design to prototyping and manufacturing preparation. I contributed to the development of the product's mechanical structure, including the internal airflow system, motor integration, plastic housing, oscillation mechanism, and component assembly. Using PTC Creo, I worked on detailed 3D models and mechanical assemblies, with particular attention to structural reliability, component fit, ease of assembly, and design for manufacturing (DFM). The development process involved prototype testing, design improvements, and collaboration with manufacturers to address practical production challenges. I also participated in the development of patented structural solutions related to this product.
