Autonomous Storage Scanning Robot
Designed and developed a self-operating scanning robot for a company managing large-scale inventory systems. The robot is equipped with a telescopic mast, 360° mobility via mecanum wheels, and integrated sensor mounts for barcode/RFID scanners. It automates shelf scanning tasks, reducing manual labor and improving accuracy in warehouse management. I was responsible for the full mechanical design, internal component layout, and production-ready documentation, using SolidWorks.
The design allows scalability and modular add-ons for future hardware upgrades.
