Automotive Sheet Metal Stamping Die 3D Structural Design

This project presents the 3D structural design of a robotic transfer die for automotive sheet metal stamping. All designs were created using fully parametric modeling in UG NX and validated through AutoForm forming simulation to ensure appropriate material formability, dimensional accuracy, and springback compensation. The die structure employs a standardized die frame design that complies with international automotive stamping die design standards.
