Automotive Accessory (Power Electronics)

This circuit was developed as an automotive accessory within the field of power electronics. It provides adjustable functionality for vehicle lighting, offering smooth brightness control, voltage fluctuation protection, and a compact PCB design. Optimized for low power consumption and high durability, it can be easily integrated into custom vehicle projects. This project was finalized using reverse engineering methods and cost analysis to make it suitable for mass production. Since the project holds commercial value, design and production files cannot be shared. The product can operate at a maximum voltage of 50V and a load of up to 74 Amperes. For voltage regulation, a 30kHz PWM signal is used.
