Designed an Automatic Stamping Special Purpose Machine (SPM) for high-volume manufacturing applications. Responsible for the complete project lifecycle, including concept development, machine layout design, feeding and transfer mechanisms, pneumatic system integration, 3D modeling, assembly design, and detailed manufacturing drawings. The machine was developed to automate the stamping process, improve production efficiency, reduce manual operations, and ensure consistent product quality.
