Automatic Molded Pulp & Egg Tray Production Line

Designed a fully automated rotary molding machine for producing paper pulp trays (egg cartons/fruit trays). The project included the design of the vacuum forming drum, transfer molds, and integration with the drying line. Focus was placed on the pneumatic systems and precise mold alignment to ensure high-speed production cycles without jamming.
