Automatic Chain Link Fence Weaving Machine Design
This project showcases the complete mechanical design of an automatic chain link fence weaving machine developed for industrial mesh production. The machine is designed to manufacture chain link fencing continuously by feeding steel wire, forming the characteristic diamond-shaped mesh pattern, interlocking successive wires, and transporting the finished fence toward the winding section.
The entire system was modeled as a fully manufacturable industrial machine with emphasis on structural rigidity, synchronized motion, ease of maintenance, and efficient production.
