Automated Rebar Sorting & Material Handling System – SolidWorks

Automated rebar sorting and material-handling system designed for an industrial manufacturing application. This project involved the mechanical design and layout of an automated system used to transport, position, sort, and handle rebar through multiple processing stations. My work included 3D mechanical design and assembly development in SolidWorks, conveyor and roller systems, structural frames and weldments, material-transfer mechanisms, pneumatic components, equipment layout, component integration, and fabrication-ready design.
