Automated packaging line - five machine modules (Autodesk Inventor)

Renders of a five-module automated packaging line from a 2024 team R&D project where I worked on mechanical design and 3D modeling in Autodesk Inventor: gantry loading cell with tray trolleys and mesh guarding, pick & place cell with gravity flow-rack feeder and vacuum gripper, label print & apply station, leaflet insertion module and a 4.7 m twin-belt transfer conveyor. About 2,100 unique parts and sub-assemblies in the full line. Purchased components are vendor CAD. Client data withheld, images only.
