Automated Drilling Machine – Custom Industrial Automation System

Custom automated drilling machine designed for an industrial manufacturing application. The complete system was developed in SolidWorks, including the machine frame, drilling mechanism, linear motion components, fixtures, guarding, and mechanical assemblies. The project included 3D mechanical design, assembly development, component selection, BOM preparation, detailed manufacturing drawings, and fabrication-ready documentation. The design was developed with a focus on manufacturability, structural rigidity, operator safety, accessibility, and efficient assembly.
