Automated Coil Handling & Packaging System – SolidWorks

Automated coil handling and packaging system developed for an industrial automation application. This project involved the mechanical design and integration of multiple material-handling stations used to transfer, position, bundle, and prepare coiled material for packaging. My work included 3D mechanical design and assembly development in SolidWorks, equipment layout, structural weldments, conveyor systems, pneumatic mechanisms, custom machine components, component integration, and design-for-manufacturing considerations.
