Complete mechanical design of an automated briquette production machine, from raw-material hopper to compression and output. - Designed the full structural frame, hopper, screw conveyor, and compression mechanism in SolidWorks - Integrated a control panel and drive system into the layout - Designed for continuous production (~120 units/hour) - Led manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning of the prototype
