Automated Assembly Line Design for Automotive E-Drive Products

Led the mechanical design and implementation support for an automated assembly line for automotive e-drive products. The project covered station layout, equipment arrangement, fixture and tooling design, product handling flow, and mechanical design coordination. The assembly line included key processes such as bearing installation, stator installation, rotor installation, inverter assembly, leak testing, balancing, electrical testing, laser engraving, final inspection, and packaging. I supported the project from concept development to detailed design, manufacturing coordination, assembly, debugging, and on-site implementation. The design focused on practical manufacturability, stable product handling, efficient station layout, and reliable integration of multiple automated processes.
