AUIB Campus – Building #85 Outdoor Pool & Landscape Visualization

Landscape architecture, outdoor recreation design, and photorealistic 3D visualization for Building #85 at the American University of Iraq - Baghdad (AUIB) campus. Project Scope & Design Highlights: • Complete outdoor leisure facility design serving the university community, featuring a custom swimming pool with integrated lounge steps and safety perimeters. • Focal circular timber pergola providing shaded communal seating, complemented by dedicated wooden service cabanas. • Detailed hardscape planning utilizing natural flagstone paving, level-transition stairs, protective white railings, and pathway bollard lighting. • Extensive softscape integration preserving mature Iraqi date palms alongside vibrant decorative greenery and accent planters. • High-resolution daylight visualization with realistic water caustics, material textures, and lively campus recreation ambiance. Software Used: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, D5 Render, Adobe Photoshop.
