Apartment_Detail Design

This project is a five-story residential apartment building with a basement level and a steel structural system, designed and constructed in Tehran, Iran. The architectural design combines traditional and contemporary elements, particularly in the facade, which merges brickwork with reinforced concrete to create a modern yet timeless aesthetic. I was fully responsible for the design, detailing, and modeling of the building’s structure and facade. The facade construction utilizes steel framing (including iron framing and cladding systems), with detailed drawings provided in the project documentation. These drawings cover various aspects of the facade, including structural support, material detailing, and integration with the overall design. Key responsibilities included: 1-Designing and modeling steel framing systems and structural supports for the entire building. 2-Creating detailed drawings of the facade elements, including the integration of brick and reinforced concrete features, and their connection with the steel structure. 3-Developing precise detailing for the shutter frames, cladding systems, and steel skeletons in collaboration with other architectural and structural features. This work showcases my capability to design and model complex structural details, ensuring both the technical and aesthetic integrity of the building’s facade. From the iron framing to the final cladding installation, every component was designed and rendered by me, ensuring a seamless connection between the structure and its exterior appearance. These designs are a testament to my proficiency in creating detailed, high-quality construction documents for complex architectural projects, and they reflect my expertise in both structural engineering and architectural design.
