Apartment_2D Detail Design

This project is a Residential Apartment Design and Construction located in Tehran, Iran. The apartment consists of two levels with a basement dedicated to parking and storage. The design includes three parking spaces and a storage area, while a common wall is shared with an adjacent building on the ground floor. The structural and architectural drawings, including the foundation, sections, floor plans, furniture plans, ceiling plans, window placements, and detailed wall layouts, were all meticulously designed by me. The project was developed as part of the architectural design phase and prepared for the construction documentation (Phase 2). Key features of the design include: 1-A concrete structure, with detailed sections and floor layouts. Comprehensive floor and ceiling plans. 2-Elevation and structural detailing, including comprehensive views of the building’s structure. I was responsible for creating the architectural drawings and detailing, showcasing my ability to integrate structural planning with aesthetic architectural design. These drawings provide a clear representation of the entire apartment, from structural elements to interior features, ensuring a cohesive and functional living space. These detailed drawings are an example of my work in architectural design and construction, showcasing my expertise in producing detailed architectural documentation for complex residential projects.
