This project features a custom aluminum mechanical component designed for precision CNC machining and industrial applications. The model was created in SolidWorks with a focus on manufacturability, structural strength, and dimensional accuracy. The design incorporates optimized wall thickness, fillets, chamfers, threaded holes, mounting features, and machining-friendly geometry to reduce production time while maintaining excellent mechanical performance. Every feature was developed following Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure efficient fabrication and reliable assembly.
