Agricultural Sprayer Roof – 3D Scan to CAD Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering of an agricultural sprayer roof from real-world geometry to a reconstructed CAD surface model. The workflow included 3D scanning of the existing component, point cloud processing and alignment, surface analysis, and CAD reconstruction based on the measured geometry. The objective was to transform the physical component into accurate engineering geometry suitable for dimensional analysis, design development and manufacturing applications. Workflow: Physical part → 3D scan → point cloud processing → surface reconstruction → engineering CAD model.
