I’m pleased to present one of my recent SolidWorks engineering projects — a dual-angle flanged flow connector developed with a focus on functional performance, manufacturability, and mechanical integrity. This design features a primary flow channel with an angled secondary outlet, engineered to enhance fluid dynamics and reduce pressure loss. The reinforced flange base, structural ribbing, and optimized shell thickness provide excellent strength and stability while maintaining a lightweight profile.
