Designed a universal adjustable motor base suitable for IEC 80–132 frame electric motors. The assembly consists of laser-cut and bent sheet metal components with a lead screw adjustment mechanism for accurate motor positioning and V-belt tensioning. The design includes bearing-supported screw drive, replaceable nut arrangement, standard fasteners, and manufacturing-ready detailing. Complete 3D CAD modeling, assembly development, and exploded views were created using Siemens NX.
