90 L Tray Vibratory Finishing Machine
This project involved the development of a 90-liter tray vibratory finishing machine for surface finishing of parts after machining.
The customer provided an initial product drawing and the required batch volume. The engineering work included calculation of the balancing unit, spring system, and rotational speed using a standard design method.
The project included:
• Development of the machine structure
• Calculation of the balancing and spring system
• Selection of the electric motor
• Design of the drive arrangement
• Design of the remote control unit
• 3D CAD modeling
• Preparation of production drawings
• Preparation of an eDrawings model for design review
The final deliverables included a complete 3D model, manufacturing documentation, and a review model. The project was completed in 14 days.
