800T Steel Progressive Die | Production-Grade Stamping Tooling

This production-grade steel progressive die is engineered for 800-ton stamping press lines, integrating blanking, forming, piercing and trimming into a single continuous strip feeding process. The integrated multi-station design eliminates secondary operations, significantly boosts production throughput and ensures consistent dimensional accuracy for high-volume sheet metal manufacturing. Built with a heavy-duty steel die base and premium tool steel inserts, paired with a high-precision guide pillar system, the die delivers excellent structural rigidity, outstanding wear resistance and long service life under continuous high-speed stamping conditions. The complete tooling is fully modeled and validated in UG NX, with 3D interference checking, stamping motion simulation and DFM analysis completed at the design stage to minimize on-site adjustments and shorten tryout cycles.
