Designed a mountain bike using Autodesk Inventor 2025, including frame geometry, suspension system, drivetrain, and braking components. Utilized Part Modeling, Frame Generator, and Content Center for accurate and modular construction. Applied assembly constraints, interference checks, and stress analysis to ensure strength, ride performance, and durability. Created detailed technical drawings, BOMs, and photorealistic renders for documentation and presentation. The design emphasized lightweight construction, trail handling, and real-world manufacturability.
