6-Inch Actuated Dust Diverter – Mechanical CAD Design

Designed a functional 6-inch actuated dust diverter assembly in SolidWorks for practical fabrication and real-world use. The project focused on airflow routing, actuator integration, mechanical clearances, assembly access, manufacturability, and serviceability. The design was developed as a buildable mechanical system rather than a visual concept, with attention to how the components would actually be fabricated, assembled, and operated.
