6,875 m² Warehouse Structural Design & BOQ

Designed and developed a 6,875 m² industrial warehouse facility for pipe and fittings storage with a 12 m building height. Scope of work included: • Structural analysis and design (steel structure, columns, beams) • Foundation design based on load requirements • Detailed BOQ and material estimation (steel tonnage, roofing, walls, bolts, purlins) • Utility integration planning for operational efficiency • Layout optimization for storage and material handling The project delivered a cost-efficient, structurally reliable, and scalable warehouse solution.
