5V & 3.3V Linear Regulated Power Supply
Designed and developed a compact dual-output regulated power supply PCB capable of providing stable 5V and 3.3V DC outputs from a single input source. The design is based on AMS1117 linear voltage regulators and is intended for powering embedded systems, IoT devices, development boards, and low-power electronic circuits.
The PCB incorporates input fuse protection, power status LEDs, and dedicated output headers to ensure safe, reliable, and user-friendly operation. Careful attention was given to component placement, power routing, decoupling, and grounding to achieve a clean, manufacturable layout with stable voltage regulation.
This project was designed in KiCad 9 following industry-standard PCB design practices, with a focus on reliability, ease of assembly, and production readiness.
