A look at what we do end-to-end, from our own mold shop and injection workshop in China. - Full 3D mold design — core, cavity, ejection and slider/lifter mechanisms, designed in-house. - Automotive wheel center cap — from CAD part, to cavity and lifter mechanism, to a molded part fitted on a real car. - Optical-acrylic Buddha — cavity, core, closed mold, and the finished crystal-clear part. - Metal Injection Molding (MIM) — tungsten-carbide nozzle, from powder to a precision-sintered part. Because we run the full process ourselves — design, steel/cooling, CNC & EDM machining, trials and injection — we design molds that actually run in production, and we guard quality from the source.
