3D rendered interior design of a simple office
This project showcases a photorealistic interior visualization of a contemporary open-plan office, designed to balance aesthetic appeal with functional workspace requirements. As a Civil Engineer, I focused on ensuring that the digital environment respects real-world dimensions and technical feasibility, bridging the gap between artistic concept and executable design. Key Technical Features:
Lighting & Material Realism: Utilizing V-Ray 6, I implemented advanced light-bounce calculations to simulate natural daylight and ambient warm lighting. Materials such as high-gloss ceiling finishes, engineered wood shelving, and ergonomic fabric seating were textured with high-poly detail to achieve a "photograph" quality.
Spatial Engineering: The layout optimizes a 100m² space, featuring a 10-seat executive conference zone and individual workstations. Every element is modeled to actual manufacturer specifications to ensure a "build-ready" design.
Infrastructure Integration: Detailed modeling of AV systems, including ceiling-mounted projectors and integrated projection areas, ensuring that the interior design is fully compatible with modern office MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) requirements.
