3D Printer Extruder – BMG

I designed a complete extrusion system that integrates the BMG extruder with a full hotend, specifically engineered to fit seamlessly on a Prusa i3. The design was developed from scratch to ensure a precise and solid mounting, without the need for additional adapters. The system features dual part cooling fans, providing superior cooling performance for the extruded filament. This results in sharper details, improved overhangs, and cleaner bridges.
