3BHK Residential Apartment Planning

I developed a detailed architectural planning design for a 3BHK residential apartment, focusing on efficient space utilization, functional zoning, and comfortable living. The project includes a well-organized ground floor parking layout, upper-floor residential planning with three bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, kitchen, and attached utilities. Proper circulation was ensured through strategically placed staircases and lift access. The design emphasizes natural ventilation, daylight access, and Vastu-compliant planning principles. Additionally, terrace planning and service areas were incorporated to enhance usability and long-term functionality. All drawings were prepared with clear dimensions, zoning clarity, and execution-ready detailing suitable for client presentation and approval processes.
