30,000L STEEL DIESEL TANK

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project requires a design, analysis and fabrication of a 30,000L steel tank that will function as a static storage diesel tank with a ladder, manhole with inlets valves, level indicator, outlet pipe and a drainage port for regular cleaning and maintenance. ROLE: Design engineer TOOLS USED: i.Solidworks for modelling ii. Ansys for Static Analysis and material optimization. iii. Excel for BOQ iii. Solid works for shop drawing and fabrication drawing. iv. Libelula plasma cutting software for sheet metals.
