24 GHz mmWave Smart Presence Detection

Designed a compact 2-layer PCB for a 24 GHz mmWave smart presence detection system, from schematic capture through final PCB layout. Integrated an antenna-in-package (AiP) radar module with Wi-Fi 6 and BLE 5 connectivity while addressing RF coexistence, antenna keep-outs, signal integrity, and return-current paths. Optimised the layout around a continuous ground architecture and cost-effective stackup for high-volume SMT manufacturing.
