20 mm stainless tang buckle - CAD model, STEP and drawings

My own design study, not a client project: a 20 mm watch-strap tang buckle in 316L stainless steel, built as a parametric B-rep model and exported to STEP and STL. Three parts: frame, tongue and a standard 1.8 mm spring bar. I set the fits for production: drilled-through holes 1.10 +0.05/0 mm for the spring-bar tips, a 20.00 +0.10/0 mm strap gap and a 2.40 mm tongue seat, then checked clearances and the tongue swing on the solids. Two A3 drawings (PDF and DXF) with sections, tolerances, a parts list and notes for CNC prototypes and MIM series parts. Studio renders in Blender. Not manufactured or tested. The drawing PDF (2 A3 sheets) is in the files of this item.
