2-Stroke Internal Combustion Engine
Complete 3D modeling, mechanical assembly, and kinematic analysis of a 2-stroke internal combustion engine using Catia V5. Particular attention was paid to strict GD&T tolerances, structural integrity, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure that the model was fully optimized for CNC machining. The workflow included the generation of exploded views (bill of materials) and high-precision 2D technical drawings for shop floor production.
